Dilian is a Bolivian-American artist who combines a unique mix of international perspective in her work.  She has studied watercolor with an eclectic group of international masters from her native Bolivia, Ecuador, Guatemala, Colombia, and the United States.  Her themes cover a broad range of landscapes (from Latin American villages to National Capitol monuments, rural America, European cities, and the Greek Isles), to colorful and exquisitely detailed flora.

Dilian was named one of the 45 top artists from across Fairfax and Northern Virginia.  Her watercolors have been exhibited in numerous regional juror-selected shows, having been recognized with the Alexandria Commission for the Arts “Del Ray Artisans Award of Merit”, the City of Fairfax Spotlight on the Arts, the Alexandria Art League Award of merit, among other awards.

Dilian is a member of The Art League, the Virginia Watercolor Society, and the Baltimore Watercolor Society.

Dilian is a proud Marine Mom who dedicates twenty five per cent of the proceeds from the sale of her art to the Semper Fi Fund, a non-profit, nonpartisan organization. For more information on the Semper Fi Fund, please visit here:
